I have a remote exactly as in the photo, I have had numerous Air conditioner companies out to use a universal remote to try and get it to work on my Mitsubishi Heavy Industry Air conditioner. Unfortunately, no universal remote so far has worked? they tried for 1/2hr going through over 1000 channels to try and get the universal remote to work and sync with my air conditioner? What makes me think that If I purchase a universal remote from your company that it will guarantee to work? let me know your thoughts
