The remote as pictured is exactly what I have now. What do you mean it requires initial pairing? What do I paired it with? Who does the initial pairing? Can I use it without being paired ?
We have 3 options for this remote. If you choose the Universal remote you will receive a Universal remote which will require pairing before first use.
You can also select a better option which is a Substitute which will look like your remote and work on arrival without any pairing.
