what is your return/refund policy
If the remote doesnt work for you, you will get a full refund. Please note that their is a PDF instructions manual to get started available from us if it doesnt work on arrival. So please email us if the remote doesnt work on arrival.

Can you provide a picture of this remote replacement? Does it do all the functions - window open, blind open & of course closing both?
Yes the substitute has all functions . For all 3 motors. However the product only works on arrival if the first dipswitch in your old remote in the battery compartment is up. If a different dipswitch is up maybe number 2 or 6 or any other one, you will need to wait for Version 2 of this remote if you don't want to have to fiddle with the receivers dip switches.
Version 2 will work on arrival with all the different combinations of dipswitch. It will be ready in a month.
You can register your interest by emailing us saying: could I join the waiting list for VELUX Skylight V2... Then we can contact you when it's ready. It's being produced as we speak.
